Starting in 2023, it aims to develop and validate pre-standardization (<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'>OECD<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips12'>CEN<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips13'>ISO<\/span>) different test methodologies on three families of carbon nanomaterials for which detection and characterization problems remain unresolved, particularly in complex media.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n Different types of graphene (FLG, GO), carbon nanofibers\/nanotubes and poly-lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) nanoparticles are thus considered through different case studies, with the implementation of a series of new sample preparation techniques, as well as ambitious quantitative detection and imaging methods enabling reliable and reproducible determination of these advanced materials in different complex matrices. Inhalation is considered the main route of exposure in the project.
