NMF Webinar - 05/07/24

The direct correlation of scanning electron microscopy (MEB) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) is a powerful analytical approach for acquiring complementary data on micro- and nanostructures.
This combination offers new perspectives to overcome certain difficulties in measuring nanomaterials such as nanoplatelets, composites or mixtures.

Our next webinar, scheduled for Friday, July 5 from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. will give the floor to Dr. Chris Schwalb from the company Quantum Design Microscopymember of the NanoMesureFrance Association.

A new, highly-integrated correlative analysis platform - FusionScope® - will be presented, and its performance will be illustrated through a few application examples:

  • Study of pearlescent pigments
  • Correlative AFM, SEM and EDS analysis of magnetic core/gold shell particles
  • Analysis of individual nanowires and fibers on MET grid substrates
  • Study of the topographical and mechanical properties of vitamin C particles

Find out more about this exciting new correlative analysis platform developed by Quantum Design!
