L'Taylor Dispersion Analysis (TDA) is a promising new technique for determining the diffusion coefficients and hydrodynamic radii of nanometric objects.
It can be used to determine the hydrodynamic radius of virtually any solute mixture, over a size range from 0.1 to 300 nm.
This new webinar proposed by Association NanoMesureFrance will be given by Prof. Hervé COTTET University of Montpellier and Yasmine SEBTI of the company NanoScale-MetriX. He will present the principle behind the method marketed by NanoScale-MetriX under the name TaylorSizer (TM), as well as its advantages and limitations.
Examples will be presented on a variety of pharmaceutical/biomedical topics, including mRNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and their formulations, vaccine proteins and antigens, drug delivery nanoparticles or nanogels, cubosomes and liposomes, microemulsions, beta-amyloid peptide mixtures and their aggregates, and antigen/adjuvant interactions in vaccines.
